Ito Review 2.0: Biotech Edition Apr 27, 2019

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) established the Study Group for Encouraging Dialogue between Biotechs and Investors, aiming to create global biotechs in Japan in order to provide new therapies to patients around the world as early as possible. In April 2018, the METI published report called “Ito Review 2.0: Biotech Edition” presented a summary of the Study Group discussions and pointed out issues on current listing standards of public companies as well as provided recommendations.
